Concrete Restoration & Waterproofing Sales Representative - NC/SC

The Concrete Restoration & Waterproofing (Sales) Specialist will actively promote, develop, and assist in capturing opportunities within the CRS range of products. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in sales in the concrete restoration market, or related chemical or adhesives field In this role you will promote MAPEI product solutions through continuous development of specifications, local D.O.T. approvals and contractor relationship selling.
Primary Responsibilities
Achieve your sales budget within your assigned territory Build mutually beneficial long-term relationships Pull through business at the applicator and distribution level Conduct contractor/distributor training for product knowledge, new product development, new product field trials, Communicate customer feedback for future product development. Maintain current and accurate specifier, contractor, distributor and customer record keeping and project pipeline information within MAPEI System (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) Attend local trade shows, industry events, such as ICRI, SWRI & ACI. Five or more years of experience in the concrete industry and/or a combination of each with equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree, preferred. Minimum of HS Diploma or GED, Required.
