Condition Monitoring Technician
You mission:Operate condition monitoring equipment by collecting data and analyzingSuggesting Preventive Measures or timeline to repair to avoid Production lossGenerating condition monitoring reports and work orders, and following –upParticipating and supporting RCFA’s that are condition monitoring relatedRecording of condition monitoring history and completed technical investigationsReview Tribology reports and suggesting preventive/corrective measuresConduction Infra-red surveys, generating relevant reports and suggesting preventive/corrective measuresImprove mean time between failures (MTBF) by identifying equipment that have a short life cycle and identifying and recommend improvements to increase MTBF of equipmentParticipate in the implementation of upgrades and projects, doing specialized workMaintain a high level of safety awarenessAssist with reviewing and recommend adjustments of preventive Maintenance activities and condition monitoring routines to increase the availability and reliability of equipmentAssist with development of preventive Maintenance measures to reduce the planned and unplanned maintenance work / breakdownsYour profile:3 – 5 years’ experience as a qualified mechanical artisan with two years’ experience as a Condition Monitoring Technician in a manufacturing environment preferably in Pulp and PaperMinimum of N5 in Mechanical or Electrical engineeringTrade Tested Artisan Fitter or MillwrightVibration Analysis CAT Level 1Thermography CAT Level 1 will be advantageousTribology – Lubrication Level 1 or similar Code 08 / EB licenseOur offer:Location: Travancore Drive, Merebank, 4052Duration: Permanent Benefits: Health benefits Learning & Development Get in touch:
