Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? As a Conditioning Operator, you'll collaborate closely with our Conditioning Supervisor and Plant Operations Manager to ensure every conditioning run meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations. Your role will be crucial in maximizing the efficiency and output of each run, ensuring we bag the highest number of units possible.

Large agricultural facility featuring conditioning towers and wash stations. Seeds are cleaned, treated, and bagged on-site. The facility is located close to Bloomington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
