Come join our great team to participate and make a difference. An opportunity is available as a Conduct Data Analyst in our Conduct Office located in downtown Salt Lake City, UT. The Conduct Office oversees adherence to policies, procedures, and standards for employee conduct and provides Executive and Board level reporting. The team serves as liaisons with the business units and divisions within the Bank regarding employee conduct to address significant risks or issues. This is a highly visible role with a broad view to Enterprise activities. We are focused on creating business value and are seeking like-minded professionals to join our team! Specifically, the Conduct Analyst is responsible for analyzing data and creating reports for Management or investigations. This position is eligible to work from home with a flexible 3/2 work schedule (subject to periodic review). Essential Functions: + Collect, validate, model and analyze data for the organization. + Prepare statistical and narrative reports, recommendations and participate in the analysis and interpretation of data as appropriate. + Coordinate, facilitate and provide analytical support to other departments and managers as needed. + Develop, maintain, and ensure quality control of databases. + May assist in development and implementation of measurement systems. + Develop key metrics, design, and implement initiatives and processes. + Interpret performance trends, identify root causes behind the trends, and contribute to the development of performance improvement efforts. + Perform special projects as requested. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Excellent organization, analysis, and trending skills + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment. + Ability to work with employees and management. + Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written. + Ability to meet deadlines. + Knowledge of department-specific computer applications and software. + Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI software is a plus. + Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, finance, or related field + 2+years statistical/data analysis, banking, risk management modeling, or other directly related experience, preferably in the financial services industry. + A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
