How you'll make an impact:
Manage all national and regional medical congresses from development to implementation; provide support for global congresses as neededNegotiate higher volume and complex contractsDevelop strategies for the effective management and execution of medical congresses, marketing events and projects intended to maximize company exposure and produce sales leadsDevelop relationships with associations to ensure maximum exposure and greatest benefit for Edwards sponsorship and participationManage relationships with multiple vendors and lead vendor teams for congress execution and event managementManage new booth development; audit booth asset inventory; remain current on new trends in exhibit designPlan and execute educational symposia and customer events within medical congresses; contract negotiations, logistics, F&B, AVActive budget forecasting, management and reconciliation; and fiscal responsibilityLead cross functional teams to successful resultsOther incidental duties as assignedWhat you’ll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of previous related experience in events, marketing, and/or the healthcare industry requiredWhat else we look for (Preferred):

For California, the base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $142,000 (highly experienced).
