Conference and Seminar Executive

The Conference and Seminar Executives plan, develop and oversee marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and/or external speakers. They coordinate advanced and on-site speaker registration, post-event follow-up and evaluations. They are responsible for the organization of events including exhibitor/visitor event production, program development and on-site conferences. Their responsibilities are within the Event/Exhibitions Production and Operations Functions as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.

Accountabilities:

Liaises with speakers/sponsors on marketing materials (picture, biography, synopsis, logo, descriptions, business contact info, etc.), to use for building Atlas Showcase content pages and other virtual platformsSets up the Showcase webinar & configurations with marketing materialsRequests/Queries or downloads potential attendees from marketing Database to send to MarketingSchedules speakers/sponsors rehearsal a day before LIVE showcase (walks through what speakers/sponsors need to do during LIVE)Hosts the showcase together with the speakers/sponsors during LIVEDownloads and cleans up dedupe Webinar analyticsSends webinar analytics to Content ManagerContinues to monitor and collects Post LIVE Webinar statsDownloads and cleans up duplicates Post Live Webinar analytics to send to content managerManages Stakeholders' queries via call or e-mailE-mails Stakeholders within and/or outside RX/REPH (BUs, Legal Team, Sales, and Marketing)Collates, revises, proofreads, and/or validate contents, drafts, speakers' information, presentations and other data needed for the website and virtual platformsCreates and manages spreadsheets, calls for papers, forms, trackers, reports, and other documentsPerforms clean-up and other admin tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holderAt least 1 year of relevant experienceExperience dealing with various stakeholders in a global perspectivePreferably with experience in back office supportBasic skills in using and navigating through different virtual event platformsBasic skills in using and navigating through different show websitesBasic skills in using Microsoft Office ApplicationsExhibits core competencies based on Customer Support functionSkilled in written and spoken communication
