\n\nAssist in managing all Conference and Banqueting operations\nMaintain exceptional levels of customer service\nEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement\nAware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of F&B and C&E settings\nOptimise sales and contain costs, identifying any areas for action\nSet achievable budgets and other short- and long-term functional goals\nAssist other departments wherever necessary\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\n\nStrong knowledge of hotel/leisure/service sector\nRecord of success in Conference and Beverage, specifically the ability to deliver profit, control costs, and build customer loyalty\nExceptional communication skills\nExceptional leadership skills to create a winning team\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nConference and Banquet Operations experience in a managerial position in hotel/Events Centre or similar\n\n\n
