Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Conference Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of conferences, meetings, and events to ensure their success. From initial client consultations to post-event evaluations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and attendees. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism will be key to excelling in this position. As a Conference Services Manager, you will collaborate with various departments, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of events. You will also be responsible for budget management, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. This role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all aspects of conferences and events. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution. Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Handle any issues or challenges that arise during events. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred 2 years experience in conference management or event planning. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
