This is an exciting role for someone with a passion to be involved in conference and meeting planning. The Conference Specialist will report to the Director, Congress Management as a member of the conference team planning regional medical conferences, mid-sized conferences, and partnering closely with internal customers as well as external medical societies.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $65,000 to $92,000 (highly experienced).
