SUMMARY

As a Business Analyst IV within the Delivery Group at RealPage, you will be an integral part of the Reporting & Insights Team, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders to conduct data analysis, research business issues, and present actionable insights. With a focus on detail and thoroughness, you'll work across diverse data sources, including Salesforce and internal systems, to gather, analyze, and interpret data sets, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of operational performance through metrics definition, report/dashboard design, and validation/testing processes. This role requires the ability to work independently, from intake of requests to designing data research approaches, organizing workload, and executing tasks autonomously.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently intake and prioritize data research requests from senior leaders and stakeholders. Design and implement data research and analysis approaches tailored to business needs. Organize workload and manage time effectively to work independently and meet deadlines. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand data research needs and business requirements. Utilize various methods to extract and compile data from Salesforce and other internal systems. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify patterns, issues, and insights related to performance metrics. Assist in defining and refining metrics to measure business performance effectively. Contribute to the design and development of reports and dashboards to visualize key insights. Support validation and testing activities to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

At least three years of experience as a business analyst in a corporate environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities. Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within scope. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business impact through data-driven analysis and decision-making.

PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation. Familiarity with Salesforce and its data structure. Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools.
