We have an\nopportunity for a Lead Pricing Professional in Bucharest.\nReporting to the Sr Director, ESS Pricing Organization, the candidate should\nbe, detail oriented and self-motivated individual responsible for identifying,\nresearching, analyzing a variety of pricing data using various systems and\nmethods, identifying areas for improving price performance and driving\ninitiatives to achieve annual operating plan.

Position\nSummary
Work closely with\nmarketing and product management, General Managers, Finance, and the sales\norganization to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically\ndeploying key pricing levers. The candidate will help define pricing actions to\ndrive Value, Transactional, Pass-Thru, and Contract pricing performance on\nmonthly basis. You will analyze market drivers and competition to determine the\nprice elasticity. You will deliver financial impact by collaborating with\ndifferent stakeholders and developing price actions that drive profitability.
Key\nResponsibilities:
Lead organization strategically through change and deliver on goals set for the organization, including program, and project managementParticipate in the development and ensure consistent communication of regional pricing strategy, pricing action deployments and price realization Leverage market research and pricing intelligence to drive and report monthly price performance on Value, Transactional, Pass-Thru and Contract price initiativesTrack and monitor inflation and cost increases across direct materials, labor rates and freight / logisticsBuild consistent and sustainable pricing practices to deliver value across businessesSupport standard pricing deal desk and price management tool deploymentsExecute additional Price Analytical projects to provide price recommendations – Price Elasticity, Price Desk, Price trends, 80:20 Quad analysis, Ad Hoc analytics as requiredEngage with the GMs, Offering Managers, Sales and Marketing to develop and execute a pipeline of projects to support improved price realization, with a regular MOS to execute actions and measure the outcomesRun the price desk price realization process in partnership with the Business and Pricing COE teamRegular and ongoing maintenance of SEA approvals and thresholds in collaboration with business pricing leadersMust haves:
5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, product/offering management, and/or business strategy2+ years of experience of successful cross functional project managementWe value:
