Configuration Analyst Associate / Orlando, FL

Description:This position supports the JASSM Program. Selected candidate will perform multiple facets of configuration management and configuration control. Primary responsibilities include Configuration Status Accounting, Document Release and Data Management.

Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinates modification records for management control. Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. Prepares reports of change effect on overall product. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
-Prior experience leading Configuration Change Board Meetings
– Prior experience in data management, configuration status accounting and document release process.
- Possess good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Expertise in SAP. - Expertise in document release in Windchill PLM and CDRL/SDRL processing. - Familiarity with markings (including export control markings), formatting and handling of documentation. - Experience with SharePoint management and control - Individual must be a self-starter, detail-oriented and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks. - Active Secret security clearance with latest investigation within the last 5 years.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
