The Configuration Associate I is responsible for the production of high-quality products per procedures/specifications within the standard labor hours. The incumbent will be responsible for set up and perform assigned assembly operations within specific target product family while meeting quality standards. The incumbent will provide back-up support for other functions within this job description as personnel requirements dictate.
*Day Shift: 7am - 3:30pm*
This position is located at our brand new, state of the art facility in Kenosha, WIThis position is not eligible for relocation assistance.Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting Quality goals and on time delivery associated with respective jobsThe ability and understanding to perform process operations from procedural documentation and training within standard labor hoursPerform visual inspection of Configuration product for physical damage and missing partsAbility to test Configuration product using a PC based test systemRecord inspection results via PC-based Configuration order tracking systemPrep and clean Configuration product prior to shipment in accordance to established standardsAssociate needs to be punctual. Can be depended on to handle his /her normal work functionsFollow company policies and proceduresMaintain ISO 9001 readinessAbility to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbsPerforms other duties as assigned

High School diploma or equivalent/ or previous relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Basic math skills, can read a ruler
Fundamental reading and writing skills
Effective communication skills Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProficient understanding of the use of a desktop

Salary: USD 19.00 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
