**Overview** **_**This position is contingent upon award of contract**_** SOSi is seeking a highly qualified **Configuration/Change Manager (CCM)** to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services. **Essential Job Duties** + Tracking, logging, categorizing, and maintaining changes made against the accepted customer baseline(s) standards. + Develops, distributes, and tracks all change packages resulting from approved Configuration Control Board action. + Trains personnel by conducting workshops and seminars on the proper methodology to maintain a proactive CM program. + Provides daily support and direction to staff as to change status requirements, deadlines, and problems. + Other duties as assigned. **Minimum Requirements** + Active in scope DoD Secret clearance. + Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related discipline. + Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or related area; at least three (3) years of experience working in South Korea. + CompTIA A+/Security+, and ITIL Certification **Work Environment** + Working conditions are normal for an office environment. + Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. + May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable). **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
