•Analyze complex Pharmacy Data collection to assess configuration readiness and ensure successful project execution while providing recommendations for improvements.
• Provide domain expertise in Pharmacy configuration, implementation approaches, and workflow design, and support team members with system configurations and testing as necessary.
• Direct incoming work requests, assigning team members to work based on resource capacity, assess pipeline workload and recommendation for staffing
• Manage escalation processes for complex configuration issues, driving resolution through effective problem-solving and collaboration with internal stakeholders across the team.
• Provide feedback to managers on project-level performance of the employees they work with
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence process and methodology updates, ensuring alignment with business goals and project needs for the entire Medication Process
• Analyze and review quoting and sales requests and recommend changes, adjustments and risk mitigation
• Drive tools development and troubleshooting across teams, ensuring compliance and best practices for configuration management.
• Coach and mentor other Pharmacy Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed
• Support the development of Pharmacy configuration strategies and methodologies in collaboration with leadership, communities and Knowledge Leaders, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
