We are in search of a Configuration & Documentation Management Lead, in a fully remote capacity, which will require infrequent travel to customer site at Fort Meade, MD to support SIPR deliverables.
Our Opportunity:
Digital Modernization Sector within Leidos is seeking a Configuration / Documentation Management Lead. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have working knowledge of all areas of Configuration Management (CM), including planning, identification, change control, status accounting, and validation and verification for multiple product baselines. The candidate should possess a general familiarity with SharePoint and TEAMs site and their capabilities. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to develop, document, implement and maintain CM processes and activities in support of the DISA J6 DoDNet Services.
Clearance Requirement:
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance to be considered for this role. (US Citizenship required)
Primary Responsibilities:
Candidate must be a flexible team player who is able to prioritize and support multiple concurrent tasks
Develop/implement configuration management plans, and work with engineering to create configuration baselines
Identify, document, and control changes to configuration items
Prepare configuration control reports and status accounting in accordance with established Configuration Management Plans
Work with key stakeholders to identify, document, and implement operational process improvements
Optimization of configuration management methodology, process, and tools.
Thought leadership and group discussion on configuration management practices.
Able to maintain SharePoint site as admin to oversee group permission, workflows and site contents on DoDNet and Leidos domain.
Monitor document configurations using a combination of functional and physical audits and data analysis from the programs task orders.
Document and control deployment of component software application baselines along with their associated interface definition, design, and configuration controls.
Coordinate the resolution of cross-discipline action items raised in miscellaneous boards and reviews.
As part of the configuration/data management ensure control over all products and deliverables produced throughout the system and delivery engineering lifecycle.
Oversee version control and updates of data, documentation, and reports as required to ensure they meet the needs of the Programme accurately.
Establish measurable and meaningful metrics to track and report trends over time.
Maintain deliverable baselines and coordinate and track documents on DoDNet and Leidos domain site.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience
4+ years of demonstrated SharePoint and Content delivery experience.
4+ years experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration.
Excellent attention to detail with high levels of organization with ability to manage contending priorities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with website creation and management.
Experience in with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate Platform.
Experience with forecasting methods and scheduling tools.

Pay Range:Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
