WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience. ITIL4 Foundation certification (mandatory). 3+ years of experience with CMDBs and Configuration Management processes. Proficiency with ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow or JIRA). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and DevOps practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
