We are currently seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to support the H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopters Program (PMA-299) in Patuxent River, Maryland.
Functional Description: Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft and product programs. Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data. Tracks configuration changes. Coordinates and supports the development of Engineering Change Proposals. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Provide technical expertise and recommendations on MH-60R, MH-60S, and Production CM efforts. Supports program management support to production programs including review and staffing of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Technical Directives (TDs) and Rapid Action Minor Engineering Changes (RAMECs), development of Configuration Change Board briefings, staffing of the configuration management packages, maintenance and management of changes within ePower and status of configuration management packages and action items.
Duties:
Supports Program by processing numerous Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Rapid Action Minor Equipment Change (RAMEC), and Propose Specification Change Notice (PSCN) for FMS countries. Schedule, chair, and prepare meeting minutes for Planning and Evaluating (P&E) for preliminary ECP submittal prior to formal submission to Configuration Management (CM). Work with IPTs and contractors to develop a quality ECP for submission. Provides support to the logistics team to support and help sustain changes that affected their aircraft. Submit Procurement Initiated Document (PID) request to AIR 2.1(Contract) for actions needed as a result of the approved change.Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions include an Associate’s Degree plus four years of additional work experience or six years of additional work experience. Work experience must be performing duties described in the functional description.
Required Experience: Three to ten years of experience performing functional duties.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
