Configuration Manager
**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Configuration Manager** to join our team in **Doral, FL** . **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Establish and maintain the configuration baseline, which is a set of approved and controlled versions of project or system components serving as the reference point for further development, testing, and deployment. + Control components for projects and systems as they are developed, updated, and deployed. + Execute the Configuration Change Board (CCB) + Execute Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process. + Develop configuration management strategies. + Conduct regular audits of configuration data to ensure compliance with established policies and standards. + Document all configuration management activities. + Provide expertise in configuration management. + Supervise and mentor subordinate project and Team ManTech staff. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related technical field. + Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience. + PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience. + A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience. + Strong configuration management skills. + Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience supporting DoD programs. + DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. + Experience in IT service management. + ITIL certification. + Conduct regular audits of configuration data to ensure compliance with established policies and standards. + Experience with cloud-based technologies. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have a current/active Secret clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
