InterFuze is seeking a Configuration Manager contingent upon contingent upon contract award, supporting the Pocket J CLS\/LAK contract located in the US.\n

The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities:\n\nProvides configuration management planning and tracking implements data management, contracts data requirements to include scheduling all submittals, providing status for program integrated teams, preparing metric status charts as required, tracking software and hardware baseline versions, problem reports, deliveries to field, licenses, and tools.\nDevelops, implements, maintains, and manages a configuration management\/data management system for storage and retrieval of such things as OEM contractual deliverables, software baselines, hardware drawings, program documentation, briefings, memos, and individual system configuration information. \nEnsures 100% traceability, repeatability, and accountability for configuration items. Oversees configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits. \nCoordinates and participates in any change management activity that will impact configuration items. \nRegulates the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software. Maintains configuration management for DOD development, tools, etc.\nFacilitates and works with all relevant teams involved in configuration management changes to meet the objective of having accurate and up-to-date configuration management items. \nPerforms checks and audits of configuration items in the configuration management\/data management system to ensure data quality. \nProposes and implements configuration management\/data management process improvement actions. \nReviews and ensures that all procedure and process documentation for configuration management is relevant and effective.\nDocument all configurations, changes, and proposed changes.\nEnsure proper initial installation as well as subsequent installations of updates\/patches.\nEnsure accurate recordkeeping of maintenance activities.\nMust be able to work across distinct but overlapping projects. Good communication skills to effectively work with multiple teams and customers in multiple geographic locations.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nThis position requires U.S. Citizenship with a current and active Secret security clearance.\nBachelor's degree in engineering with five (5) years or more experience; or High school diploma with nine (9) years of related experience.\n\n

Preferred Qualifications:\n\nSystems administration experience\n\n
