Configuration Managment Analyst
Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. Is seeking an experienced **Configuration Management Analyst** to support an effort within Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in North Charleston, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting Navy and/or United States Marine Corps (USMC) Programs of Record (PoRs) and will be able to effortlessly maintain proper configuration control over CIs, software builds/releases, media, documentation, etc. Key Responsibilities: Provide project support to include but not limited to managing CM repositories, software components and releases, software licenses, software distribution, approval workflows, CM numbers, and software MOUs/MOAs. Integrate multiple product baselines while keeping full configuration control and tracking all changes to the functional/allocated/product baselines. Communicate release details, updates, and changes to functional area leads, IPT-level leadership, and various external stakeholders **Qualifying candidates must meet or exceed the following requirements:** Experience Requirements: + A **minimum** of two (2) years of Configuration Management experience in direct support of Navy or Marine Corps engineering, software development, and/or integration efforts + A minimum of one (1) year of experience supporting Marine Corps Command and Control Systems (MC2S) and/or similar USMC / Navy software and/or hardware systems, preferred + Experience directly supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems or equipment to include: 1. Defense lifecycle (acquisition) configuration management of software/hardware in accordance with MIL-HDBK-61A 2. DADMS and DIPR DoN support - drafting, submitting, tracking, and managing DADMS compliance, applications, entries, and questionnaires 3. Creating, managing, and implementing Functional/Allocated/Product baselines 4. Coordinating release content and efforts based on service request backlogs, pending service requests, third-party applications, operating system updates, and/or MOUs/MOAs 5. Registering deliverables as CIs, maintaining them within accepted CM repositories, and providing Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) of all CIs, as necessary, in support of data calls 6. Duplicating and distributing builds, components, and media internally and externally + Experience developing and documenting CM practices and processes within an Agile/SAFe environment Education Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university + Configuration Management Process Improvement Center (CMPIC) classes **desired** + Agile / SAFe certification(s) **desired** Additional Requirements: + Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat + Demonstrated experience with SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, Intelink, Naval LIFT, CMPro, or similar products + High-level attention to detail and the ability to track various projects, tasks, schedules, and competing priorities + Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment + Process-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills + Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills Security Requirements: + U.S. Citizen + Active **SECRET** clearance Additional Information: + This is **not** a remote position.
