Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Configuration Technician to join us at our facility in Roseville, MN. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Configure computer hardware and software per work order specifications.

2. Test installation of software, hardware and troubleshooting as necessary.

3. Assist Support with troubleshooting customer questions.

4. Complete Support customer requests.

5. Unload merchandise from trucks.

6. Prepare computer packages to ship.

7. Assist with shipping duties as required.

8. Perform miscellaneous duties as directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in configuration of desktop and laptop computersFormal training in computers from vocational school or college preferredAbility to troubleshoot and perform basic PC hardware maintenanceKnowledge of a variety of personal computers, software packages and related hardware/software
