Complete monthly calls to customers to confirm supply order needs. Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines. Maintain rapport with existing patient base. Provide client service support to the Account Management department. Collect medical documentation and other administrative duties as needed for patients of 180 Medical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, follow-up on Medicare patients; ensure shipments do not go out without a confirmation
• Call and confirm Medicare orders with customers through call system and via email
• Assist with other special projects to support company as needed
• Handle incoming phone calls from clients regarding orders & customer service issues
• Request Medicare documentation on Medicare clients
• Contacts medical facilities to obtain cultures and UAs on potential clients
• Make entries as appropriate in internal database
• Place and/or change orders in system.
• Handle appropriate follow up with patients
• Renew insurance prior authorizations
