Job Summary The University of Kentucky’s Internal Audit (UKIA) team is seeking a Conflict-of-Interest Administrator and Compliance Manager to manage a university-wide Conflict of Interest (COI) program/process and serve as the institutional expert and primary point of contact for federal, state and university COI processes. This position will report directly to the Deputy Accountability Officer and Audit Executive.
This position will: provide daily oversight of COI compliance policies and programs, training, and reporting requirements provide COI direction to the IA staff oversee COI training and outreach, compliance, reporting and documentation require advanced knowledge and expertise in COI compliance (e.g., policies, procedures, regulations for UK, and state) and electronic systems, demonstrate advanced understanding of the COI fundamental principles and underlying policies, procedures, and regulations
