Connected Devices Project Support Specialist

Summary:

Purpose:

Support the project manager to deliver projects to the sponsor's satisfaction, on time and within budget.  Support all project related activities for assigned projects in accordance with standard operating procedures, policies and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Project Manager in the set-up, planning, implementation and delivery of assigned projects in accordance with the Scope of Work agreed with the Customer.Assist in monitoring and coordinating efforts of cross-functional project teams.Track project progress, identify and evaluate project risks and take advice from superiors on corrective action as appropriate.Attend the ‘End of Project’ review meeting to ensure that all project activities have been completed in full.Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings, where requiredEnsure that consistent and appropriate project specific guidelines are documented and circulated to all project team members and that the team is well-trained on these guidelines under guidance of the Project Manager

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of CRO IndustryDemonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metricsGood problem-solving skillsGood teamwork skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work under limited directionStrong software and computer skills, including MS Office applicationsGood ability to prioritize, schedule and organizeGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent Life science or health care related discipline required, Bachelor's degree in Life Science preferredOne-year related experience or Equivalent combination of education, training and experience required

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $52,700.00 - $87,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
