Your role at Baxter This is where your technical expertise drives results!The Connected Solutions Technician will lead and conduct training on the entire portfolio of products and services.The CST will collaborate with team-members to resolve wireless connected network device issues as well as participate in product and system deliveries and installation projects.Your teamIn this role, you'll mentor junior team members and lead trainings!You'll work in both hospital settings and service center environments.Baxter offers dental, medical, and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and more.What you'll be doingService electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment beyond the service manual.Maintain computer and network equipment in a safe and functional condition post install (e.g. computers, peripherals, network equipment, configuration files, etc.)Mentor and train field service technicians and other CSTs as the subject matter authority on the overall duties and responsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and conduct services and preventive maintenance for all customers including those with no remote access.Repair internal mechanical and electrical equipment components within equipment encasements.Participate in ‘on call’ activities as scheduled.What you'll bringAbility to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card required.5+ years working with medical devices in a hands-on environment preferred.Associate degree, or applicable technical or trade school training/certification in a directly related field preferred.CompTIA Network+, MCSE or MCSA, & Security+ certification preferred.Experience troubleshooting on POE Switches and Servers.Experience working with FDA regulated products preferred.Previous driving/delivery experience preferred

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 - $82,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
