Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field of study.  90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening) Strong analytical and communication skills  Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Self-starter capable of analyzing data and developing solutions independently.  Process Improvement: Committed to enhancing processes and driving continuous improvement.  Strategic Thinking: Supports the development and implementation of innovative strategies.  Technical Skills: Python and background programming; CAN, LIN, automotive interfaces, Github and BASH scripting desired

 What you´ll do:

Data Visualization & Reporting: Collaborate with the team to create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, JIRA, QLink). Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs to identify improvements, propose solutions, and implement process changes to optimize operations.  Data-Driven Project Management: Deliver weekly project status reports.  Performance Review Contribution: Create monthly reports on key metrics, offering recommendations that influence strategic decisions.  Employee Experience Enhancement: Analyze data to understand performance, recommending improvements to enhance testing processes.  Technical experience: Develop testing software solutions for acceleration improvements at the current automation testing framework.
