About the role

Join Partner Solutions (PSI) team as a Senior Advisor, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). Your main focus will be to develop a strong governance practice and culture within our organization. You will be our customers’ primary point of contact for governance matters and will play a key role in our relations with stakeholders on various projects related to PSI’s security and that of our customers.

What you’ll do:

Oversee the overall GRC program, including maintaining the security controls framework, developing strategies to manage cybersecurity risks and compliance, and coordinating with management on GRC initiatives.Coordinate the implementation of security controls. Conduct ongoing risk assessments and ensure that our security controls comply with relevant regulatory frameworks.Ensure adherence to industry standards, conduct compliance assessments, facilitate external and internal audits, and develop/update compliance policies and procedures.Help identify the risks that the organization may face. Develop risk mitigation strategies and analyze/report on risk trends and metrics.Oversee the identification of third-party supplier risks, supplier risk management programs and supplier compliance with security and confidentiality requirements.Collaborate in the review and gap analysis of existing policies.Work with management to improve risk management processes within the organization.Research and recommend innovative, secure and automated solutions to improve risk management processes.Participate in the technical evaluation of security and new technologies.Occasionally act as coordinator to ensure collaboration between the technical teams and the various business units.

What you need:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in information security.Excellent knowledge of information security management principles and practices.Experience developing information security policies.Strong ethical principles and understanding of business and information security ethics.One of the following certifications would be a major asset: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC.Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn.Critical thinking skills.Demonstrated commitment to training, self-study and maintaining technical cybersecurity skills.Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
