The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Consolidated Service Desk Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for the end-users seeking technical assistance across the command’s IT networks and services. They are responsible for providing high-quality IT support, resolving incidents and ensuring optimal service delivery in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.
The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
Responsibilities:
Service Desk Analyst, Journeyman:
Possesses and applies expertise to support call center services/incident reporting and conducts first call resolutions
Participates in tracking and elevating incidents within the incident management process for restoration of IT services command-wide 24x7
Provides USSTRATCOM with NIPRNET Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) capabilities through direct and comprehensive system and device O&S
Conducts incident management, routing, and escalation of high-volume telephone calls, emails, ITSM Tools, and walk-in requests
Supports kiosk usage (e.g., walk-in services, CAC, user account actions) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/Local Registration Authority (LRA)/token services
Trains other team members on how to relate with clients in the course of the job to ensure that they are treated in a professional and cordial manner
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Qualifications:
Required:
Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility
High School + 3 years experience in IT
Required 8140 Cert within 6 months of start date: 411 - Basic; A+ or Network+; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service
Ability to work in face-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

The proposed salary range for this position is:
