Constructability Analyst
What You Will Do:

Our construction management and inspection capabilities satisfy the most selective clients. We effectively control our clients’ costs, deliver their projects on time, and meet strict regulatory needs while maintaining long-lasting relationships from the pre-construction stage until long after project completion. Gannett Fleming is looking for an experienced construction management professional for the role of Constructability Analyst.  

 

Responsibilities:

 

Provide constructability reviews of design and contract documentsIdentify issues to reduce construction costs, minimize potential for delays and claims, and ensure an easily constructed projectReview documents to ensure clear, enforceable contract language and to evaluate construction sequencing, methodologies, scheduling, and temporary workInterface with other stakeholders to provide cost and scheduling dataAdhere to processes to ensure checks and balances to assure all aspect of project are captured Education | Experience:

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, and contract administrationBachelors’ degree in Construction Management or related fieldStrong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize responsibilities Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, problem and analytical skillsProficient at reading drawings and schematicsCompany Overview:
