We are seeking a Construction Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our team's operational efficiency through organized documentation and streamlined communication. This role is crucial in maintaining clear records of project meetings, ensuring effective follow-up with team members and clients, and supporting the management team in maintaining accountability across projects. The position will free up valuable time for technical staff while ensuring all project-related communications and documentation are properly managed.
