Primary Responsibilities · Ensure product selection sheets are appropriately distributed to sales team · Monitor and release new products to Division and establish building shell in costing system. · Oversee reporting processes for division office and vendor personnel · Review and update quantities, bids and lumber costs into our costing system · Monitor vendor insurance, contractor agreements, and scheduling · Act as liaison between corporate office and Division for application escalation requests and enhancements.
