Job Description
As a Construction Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects. This position is administratively focused and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various software tools. You will assist project managers in coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and communicating with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
ResponsibilitiesSupport project managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects.Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Track project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in resolving them promptly.Essential SkillsExperience with document control and RFI/AFI processes.Proficiency in reviewing and sending documents to engineers.Proficiency with Bluebeam and project coordination.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in creating project observation reports.Ability to work with engineers and project managers to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each project and phase.Ensuring proper project procedures are adhered to and that all required signatures are included on project documentation.Work Environment
This role is primarily office-based but will require frequent driving to job sites. The work environment is laid back with a flexible work schedule.
