Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Administrator with at least ten years of experience. This role involves attending meetings as both a prime and a sub, taking meeting notes, conducting field reports, site inspections, punch outs, shop drawing reviews, PCO reviews, and preparing O&M manuals. Experience with RFI's is a plus! Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. The projects range from schools, detention centers, libraries, and more.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.11 - $50.96/hr.
