**Job Title:** Construction and License Administrator

**Job Summary** **:** The Construction and License Administrator is responsible for assisting the construction team in acquiring necessary licenses and business documentation to support new store growth. This position will also perform various administrative tasks related to construction activities.
**Principal Duties:**
+ **Obtain and renew Florida Business Tax Receipts (BTR):** Responsible for obtaining and renewing Florida Business Tax Receipts (BTR) for the company. This includes tracking expiration dates and ensuring timely renewals to remain compliant with state regulations.
+ **Manage state liquor licenses for assigned new stores:** Oversee the process of obtaining state liquor licenses for new store locations, including coordination with local authorities and stakeholders. Ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted and monitor the renewal process annually to ensure compliance with state laws.
+ **Coordinate the permit approval process** : Review construction documents, understand the local zoning and building code, and compile and file the permit submission documents through coordination with external partners such as Architects, Engineers and Contractors. Coordinate any checks, or bonds required to acquire the final trade permits.
+ **Management of distribution of construction drawings:** Administer the distribution of construction drawings through established systems to support bidding processes and vendor management. Ensure that all parties involved in the project have access to the most up-to-date drawings and specifications.
+ **Document new store openings in SAP:** Ensure that all details of new store openings are accurately entered and documented in SAP system.
+ **Electronic project document management:** Maintain and manage electronic project files throughout the construction process, ensuring all records are up-to-date and well-organized. Once the project is complete, distribute the relevant files to the appropriate internal teams for further processing or archiving.
+ **Collaboration and coordination with permitting and licensing resources:** Work closely with other permitting and licensing teams within the company to ensure that efforts are streamlined and efficient. Help coordinate activities across various departments to minimize delays and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project.
+ **Special projects and additional tasks as necessary:** Assist withany special projects and perform other tasks as assigned by the management of the Construction Department. Be flexible and adaptable in supporting the department with emerging needs or challenges.
+ **Update Tango with project information and attributes:** Review drawings to obtain project information. Enter information into Tango database.
+ **Review and process invoices related to permits and licenses:** Work closely with the construction team to resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
+ Request and process checks.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Associate’s degree preferred or other relevant work experience
+ 1-5 years of experience, preferably in a related position
+ Experience with Microsoft’s Office Suite, especially Excel, and Word
+ Experience with SAP and/or other purchasing and corporate systems
