D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Construction Assistant. The right candidate will handle all paperwork and the flow of paperwork to and from the central office, contractors, and the field office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Support the Construction Department with administrative dutiesEnsure that contractors' schedules are sent to themMake sure that all contractors have paperworkEnsure that all files and paperwork are brought back to the officeEnsure that purchase orders are sent in a timely mannerTrack and distribute the production scheduleMaintain accurate records and reports for the Construction DepartmentPick up starts from the central officeKeep all paper and files in orderConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtime
