Your day will be filled with engaging interactions, whether through email, Teams, or face-to-face meetings, ensuring well-managed and organized tendering and execution of projects. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + You’ll be at the forefront of cost-saving initiatives, where your contributions directly impact the bottom line. You'll be a key player in achieving cost reduction targets by optimizing the supply of materials, products, and services. + Partner with internal teams like Procurement, Engineering, Project Management for successful project completion. + You’ll be the go-to person for your subcontractors, where your leadership and expertise drive the success of your assigned procurement scope. You'll be the linchpin that ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently. + You’ll develop and implement supply and subcontractor strategies that align with the high demands of high voltage substations and power generation plants. Your innovative approach will set new standards in the industry. + Your problem-solving skills will truly shine as you commercially evaluate proposals, conduct negotiations, and support technical discussions. You'll be the key player in making critical decisions that drive the project's success. + Envision yourself commercially evaluating proposals and conducting negotiations with finesse. You'll interface seamlessly with technical colleagues to support discussions and clarifications, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled. **What You Bring** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Construction Management, Business, or Engineering with 8+ years Electrical, Civil Construction or Preconstruction experience preferred. + Your advanced negotiation skills and experience in the project business field will be crucial. + You'll thrive in a matrix, multi-dimensional, and international business environment, bringing your team-oriented, customer-focused, and time management skills to the table. + Being digital tool savvy and having excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential! + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. We support our business from the pre-acquisition phase with Tendering activities and through the execution phase as a valuable part of the Project Entity Business.
