Fab Construction Enterprise is seeking an organized, and proactive candidate to join our organization. In this role, the candidate will provide support to the General Manager, Regional Managers and others as requested.
- Performs various administrative, organizational, operational, and project related activities in support of senior staff. Manage multiple tasks at once and adjust priorities as needed.
- Provides advanced support to executives by regularly handling confidential information and performing advanced administrative support. handling and maintaining confidentiality using discretion and sound judgment. Helps prepare for meetings and accurately records minutes from the meetings.
- Provides scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts, recognize conflicts and address in a timely manner, while prioritizing critical meetings, Manage multiple calendars using sound judgement and business knowledge, travel arrangements and expense reporting for one or more managers.
- Collects data and conducts data analysis to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Manages records databases, organizational charts, distribution lists, and team logistics needs.
- Collaborates with administrative and/or operational staff to exchange data and information that enables budget planning and expense control,
- Support departmental events, quarterly events and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, Face-to-Face Meetings (F2Fs), etc.
- Works closely across CCD, FCE and partner organizations to support business goals.
- Receives, interprets and evaluates the level of significance of information requests, takes appropriate responsive action, and determines when the VP or other staff should be notified or involved. In the VP's absence, ensures that requests for action or information are distributed to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain a can-do, proactive, positive, respectful, and One Intel mentality while interacting with all stakeholders within, across, and external to the organization.
- Extremely flexible and adaptable to an evolving, fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, manages assigned tasks/projects with the willingness to reassess/and prioritize deadlines for upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Exercises diplomacy, tact, and judgment in interacting with a wide range of constituents at varying levels of an organization including staff at all levels, administration staff, suppliers, and customers.
As this role will be supporting the team globally, working arrangements will be flexible in terms of hours, days of the week etc.
Minimum qualifications:
- Student for bachelor's degree, with at least 4 semesters until graduation.
- Ability to work 3-4 days weekly including weekends and evenings.
- Excellent English skills written and verbal communication
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills,
- Applies flexible thinking and creative problem solving.
- Project management, and excellent organizational skills with attention to details and follow-through.
- Demonstrated capability working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems. PBI/SQL knowledge is an advantage
