Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Construction Contracts Invoice Reviewer to support one of our largest AEC clients in the Baltimore, MD area. This will be a hybrid role (2-3 days in Baltimore Program Office, 2-3 days remote) M-F ~40 hours a week. The Construction Contracts Invoice Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating approvals for invoices related to construction contracts. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of construction contracts and billing procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms. - Ensure all billed items are supported by appropriate documentation and approvals. - Identify discrepancies and work with project managers and contractors to resolve issues. - Maintain accurate records of all reviewed invoices and related documentation. - Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries for management review. - Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure timely processing of payments. - Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to construction invoicing We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
