We are looking to add an experienced Construction Cost Engineer for a long-term project in Tualatin, OR.

The Cost Engineer will support major construction project in the $100M+ range and work closely with the construction project team. The Cost Engineer is involved on projects in conceptual design, funding, project executing and project closeout. The Cost Engineer Support position will support the Lead Intel CEA on the project.

Skills required for success include:
o    Cost accounting experience
o    Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
o    Self-motivated individual who is comfortable in ambiguous situations that can deliver solutions to complex problems with little supervision
o    Cost Data Analytics
o    Detail oriented team player
o    Performs duties using Microsoft office and web applications

The CE shall support all financial aspects of the project including but not limited to:
o    Cost tracking, cost data entry, cost reporting, and change order review
o    Budget distribution
o    Construction change of scope (CCOS) or change order (CO) preparation and execution
o    Budget change of Scope (BCOS) preparation and execution
