Construction Data Analyst II

The Construction Data Analyst II is responsible for developing and implementing business processes to collect, organize, analyze and report information to support the Medxcel Planning, Design, & Construction organization. This position will collect and summarize relevant facilities data in support of major capital projects. The Analyst will also be responsible for providing training and technical expertise on the eBuilder project management to all end users within the organization and functions as a subject matter expert for strategic use of the system. This position will be Remote- Home Office. Responsibilities eBuilder Support – 70% Work directly with project managers to successfully use eBuilder on projects, including basic support up to advanced problem solving. Formulates, defines, and recommends scope and format of reports from eBuilder. Detect and address user and project system deficiencies. Travel as needed to conduct group training sessions for eBuilder end users on moderately complex to complex topics. Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations. Data Analytics and Reporting – 30% Oversees and creates ad hoc management reports. Reviews information for accuracy and reconciles data on a regular basis. May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience- required. Bachelor’s degree- preferred. License/Certification: Valid Driver’s license -required. Experience: 3+ years’ experience in data analysis- required. 5+ years’ experience- preferred. Experience in construction and/or design field-preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Problem solving—identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Advanced analytical skills to work with the tools, data, and metrics. Quality management—looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Planning/organizing—prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, including training groups of key personnel on technology, tools, and processes. Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and eBuilder Project Management Tool. Travel required – up to 20%. #MFMCNRE
