Description We are seeking a Construction Draw Assistant in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This role is within the construction industry and includes processing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The work environment is dynamic, and the job type presents an exciting opportunity. Responsibilities: • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. • Maintain precise and up-to-date customer credit records. • Resolve customer queries in a timely and detail-oriented manner. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required. • Onboard and perform data entry of draw budgets into the loan servicing platform. • Order inspections through third-party service providers and attach received inspection reports to the appropriate loan files. • Perform data entry in the loan servicing platform for approved draws. • Communicate with borrowers to obtain the necessary documents to support approved draws. • Conduct draw update phone calls and send emails to rehab loan borrowers. • Review loan documents for complete file, organize and scan files to attach to loan files in the servicing software, and notate, follow-up, and track exceptions.
