JMT is seeking a Part-time Construction Engineer to be responsible for managing Construction Inspection business in the assigned region.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Responsible for marketing and business development for transportation construction projects Manages contracts, including invoicing and financial management Responsible for project QA/QC in the assigned region. Maintains and builds client relationships Prepare technical and price proposals Hires, trains, develops, and conducts performance reviews for staff

Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities

Assists design disciplines with constructability questions/issues Perform other related duties as assigned
