As the company continues to grow and take on multiple concurrent projects, they require additional support to ensure seamless project administration and bidding processes. This role exists to streamline the acquisition and organization of project documentation, prepare bid packages, and facilitate communication between internal teams and subcontractors. By hiring for this position, the company aims to maintain its high standards for efficiency, accuracy, and client service across all projects.

The Impact you’ll makeProject Coordination\nAttend and take notes during pre-bid meetings\nManage and organize project-related documents\nCoordinate with internal teams and supervisors for project updates\nBid Process Management\nPrepare and distribute bid packages to trades and subcontractors\nPerform timely follow-ups on sent bids and documentation\nCompile and track responses from subcontractors\nMulti-Project Oversight\nSupport multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records\nPrioritize tasks across various assignments to meet deadlines\nCommunication\nMaintain clear, regular communication with supervisors and team members via WhatsApp\nProvide status updates and flag any issues promptly\nDocumentation & Reporting\nEnsure all bid and project files are accurate, complete, and organized using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat\nAssist with additional administrative tasks as needed\n
