We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator with 10+ years of experience in road improvement estimating and project management. 

This position requires technical experience in Mass Excavation/Remedial Work/Structure Excavation & Backfill, AC Paving, Underground, and Concrete Structures. Familiarity with Caltrans public works specifications and bidding is a must. Strong crew based estimating techniques, as well as an ability to interpret cost data and systems is essential. 

The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail oriented, analytical, organized, an innovative team player and able to meet established deadlines. Hard Dollar and Primavera P6 scheduling software experience are a plus. 

What you'll be doing:

Estimating projectsTaking ownership of assigned projects Developing positive working relationships with our customers and trade crews Building a job plan and coordinating work schedule Problem solving in the field, including resolving customer concerns and complaints Entering notes and documentation into our shared software so all team members are aware of job details and file status
 

What you need:

5+ years Project Management experienceExperience leading Restoration and/or Masonry projectsBe familiar and in good standing with the labor markets and material suppliers. Concrete and exterior construction experience
