Position Summary:
We are looking for a Construction Estimator and Sales Representative to join our team! This role is responsible for building, establishing, and maintaining strong customer relationships with those who are seeking commercial asphalt services in the Twin Cities and surrounding metro area. The ideal candidate will approach projects with a consultative/problem solving mindset and prepare accurate and timely proposals that are tailored to the client's needs and wants. Our office is located in Mendota Heights, MN.
Job Duties & Requirements:
Build, establish, and maintain strong customer relationships through events, meetings, and project success Approach projects with a consultative/problem solving mindset Prepare accurate and timely proposals while assessing client’s needs and wants Understand the estimating process from proposal, sale, and setup standpoint Work closely with field supervision to ensure a smooth and high-quality deliveries for customers Ensure timely payment on projects from customers through continuous communication Assist with timely workload forecasting Assist with sales objectives development and adaptation Work collaboratively with our fast-paced team Be accountable to all stakeholders Represent BR positively at eventsPreferred Experience/Education:
A minimum of 3 years of Construction Estimating or Construction Sales experience preferred Construction Management degree or equivalent preferred Computer proficiency required Strong communication and math skills required Knowledge on and experience with bidding or estimating software; B2W, Spectrum and Microsoft Project experience a plus Asphalt paving, grading experience/knowledge a plus Accountability, accuracy, and strong time management skillsCompany Information:
