We are looking for a full time CONSTRUCTION FIELD TECHNICIAN to join our team in Norfolk, VA. We offer a competitive compensation package and benefits. Responsibilities: + Observing and testing samples of soils, aggregates, concrete, masonry and asphalt + Preparing field reports and assisting with laboratory testing + Daily interaction with clients and team members Required: + High school diploma or equivalent + Work experience in construction industry + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Ability to climb ladders + Ability to work off-shift hours, including some weekends + Valid driver’s license, with satisfactory driving history + Ability to pass background screen Full time position with b enefits including Group Life Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage.
