JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a construction crew on various job sites.
* Ensures that projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and meet the required quality standards.
* Managing workers, monitoring work progress, enforcing safety protocols, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the construction process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
* Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and equipment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).
* First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
* Experience in [specific type of construction, e.g., residential, commercial, industrial] is preferred.
