Join a fast-growing, innovative commercial General Contractor shaking up the industry! We’re seeking an experienced Foreman with expertise in earthworks, utilities, and commercial construction to be a key player in the expansion.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for construction? We’re looking for a Construction Foreman to drive projects, manage teams, and keep operations running smoothly—on time and within budget!

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Supervise – Oversee crews, assign tasks, and ensure top-quality workmanship. Plan & Execute – Develop schedules, source materials, and track project progress. Ensure Safety & Efficiency – Maintain a secure work environment and enforce best practices. Communicate & Collaborate – Work with stakeholders, ensuring projects meet expectations.

What You Bring:

Expertise in construction procedures in particular earthworks, utilities and commercial construction Experience in managing and overseeing civil construction projects and teams Experience with construction equipment, and blueprints Estimating knowledge and experience Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Experience in hiring, training, and managing teams Ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Competitive Salary: $100K-$120K+ commensurate upon experience, Health Spending Account, Company Vehicle
