EquipmentShare is Hiring a Construction Foreman EquipmentShare is searching for a Construction Foreman for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow. Salary range: $22/hr-$25/hr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: + Responsible for being the point of contact between the subcontractors and the ES Superintendent. + Coordinating tasks for the day between superintendent and subcontractors, and other ES employees. + This position will act as the superintendent in situations when management is not around. + Keeping jobs on schedule and under or on budget + Maintain the quality and safety of the job site. + Responsible for daily or weekly progress reports of each job site. + Will be required to do light duty construction to meet the business needs + Must be willing to perform all construction job duties when needed to help the company save time and stay on budget Required Skills/Abilities: + Must have a strong attention to detail and great organization skill, as the foreman will have to be able to run a construction site effectively in absence of the superintendent/project manager. + Must be comfortable with being the jack of all trades and willing to assist in a hands-on capacity. + Knowledge of a variety of construction tools and methods. + Capability to operate a variety of construction equipment efficiently and safely. Education and Experience: + Candidates should have at least two years of experience in the construction industry. + High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred. Physical Requirements: + Valid driver's license and ability to travel with overnight stays. + Must be able to stand for long periods of time. + Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
